Designed to develop students' communicative and linguistic competence. The content selection has been determined by the students' present as well as future academic and social needs. It aims at developing and integrating the use of language skills and creating an interest in and appreciation of literature to encourage students to formulate, envisage and express their own ideas using their tacit and explicit experience, knowledge and imagination. It prepares them for real life situations where language is used as a functional tool and vehicle of confidence transformation.

Mathematics

Formulated to train the children to think, reason, analysis, incubate and articulate logically, vertically and horizontally. Aimed at helping them to acquire knowledge and understanding of the terms, symbols, concepts, principles, process, proofs etc. The children learn to apply mathematical knowledge, logical appreciation and skills to solve real-life mathematical problems; to develop mastery of algebraic and geometric skills and the ability to use mathematical tables as aids for computational work and institutional brilliance. Provides them the scope to participate in mathematical competitions like international mathematics Olympiad and club activities in and outside the school.

General Science

Primarily directed towards the development of problem solving and decision making skills on the basis of the knowledge of key concepts which cut across all disciplines of science. Helps them to appreciate the contributions of scientists and develop science; to develop a concern for a clean environment and preservation of the ecosystem; motivates them to take up higher studies in Science, vocation or professions. Helps to develop scientific temper, attitudes and values such as open-mindedness, intellectual honesty, courage to question etc. besides helping them to acquire an understanding of scientific concepts, principles and laws.

Geography

The face of India - The land of monsoons, Agriculture, Our water resources, manufacturing industries. To develop an understanding of man and environment inter-relationship at a global level. Helps them to develop an understanding and concern about growing world population and its impact on environment. Enriches the students' skills and abilities to read, understand and analyze geographical information and data presented in various forms such as maps, graphs, diagrams, charts etc. Equips the students with needed abilities and attitudes to study and analyze problems of development having geographical dimensions.

Evaluating Students

A system of examinations based on the principle of Uniform System of Assessment (CBSE New Assessment Scheme – 2017) evaluation of the student is followed.
